Brooke Spotswood has worked in the field of Unclaimed Property for nearly 30 years. In the early 80s he worked under the Virginia Treasurer pursuing companies holding (Holders) of Unclaimed Property such as uncashed checks, gift certificates and cards, money orders, traveler's checks, life insurance proceeds and safe deposit box assets. Today his firm focuses solely on educating, protecting and defending Holders' rights.
